The customer experience in each store is very important to our company. Because each location is independantly owned by a franchisee, we depend on customer feedback. Store cleanliness, product inventory and availability, store hours of operation and customer satisfaction are a high priority to The Pink Hippo brand. Shipping
Orders are currently shipping between 7-12 business days. Large orders may take longer. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to see if we can accomodate you. We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive safely. We cannot, however, be responsible for them once they leave our hands. All boxes are shipped with delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.
Returns
Effective March 15, 2008: There are no returns or exchanges on hair accessories, flower hats or tutus. Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 14 days of receipt for all other merchandise. Items must be unworn and in original packaging with receipt.
