Shipping

Orders are currently shipping between 7-12 business days. Large orders may take longer.  If you need your order sooner, please contact us to see if we can accomodate you. We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive safely.  We cannot, however, be responsible for them once they leave our hands. All boxes are shipped with delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.

Returns

Effective March 15, 2008:  There are no returns or exchanges on hair accessories, flower hats or tutus.  Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for the following products;  T-shirts, shoes, and baby legs.  Items must be unworn and in original packaging with receipt.  Internet returns should be sent back in the orginial packaging.
