Typically a special order will take about 7 days.  This time frame depends on what special materials need to be ordered, and how many orders are before you.  We can give you a more definite completion date at the time of your order.

Are the ribbon ends heat treated to prevent fraying? TOP

Yes, each and every ribbon end is heat treated or fray checked to prevent fraying.  After many uses, however, some ribbons will need to be re-treated.  Please see HOW TO CARE FOR MY PINK HIPPO BOWS Section.
